Welcome to Bombōn Aesthetics & Wellness (“Bombōn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving services at our studio, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Medical Disclaimer

Bombōn Aesthetics & Wellness is a medical aesthetics and wellness practice providing services under the supervision of a licensed physician.

All treatments are elective medical or wellness procedures. Results vary from person to person and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Information provided on our website or in-studio is for educational purposes only and does not replace a medical consultation or diagnosis.

By booking and receiving services, you acknowledge that:

  • You have disclosed all relevant medical history

  • You understand the risks, benefits, and alternatives of treatment

  • You consent to treatment after consultation with a qualified provider

2. Eligibility for Services

You must be 18 years of age or older to receive services unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and approved by a provider.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or not in your best medical interest.

3. Appointments & Booking

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. A valid form of payment may be required to secure your appointment.

Late arrivals:
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to ensure fairness to other patients.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a fee

  • No-shows may be charged the full service amount

  • Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings

5. Payments & Pricing

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

We accept:

  • Credit/debit cards

  • Approved financing options (e.g., Cherry, Affirm when available)

  • Gift cards (non-refundable, non-transferable)

Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

6. Financing & Payment Plans

When using third-party financing providers (such as Cherry), Bombōn is not responsible for approval decisions, payment schedules, or terms set by those providers. All financing agreements are between you and the financing company.

7. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of medical and aesthetic services, all treatments are final sale.

No refunds are provided for:

  • Services rendered

  • Packages partially used

  • Missed appointments

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference

If you have concerns about your results, please contact us so we can assess and guide next steps.

8. Results & Satisfaction

Aesthetic outcomes vary based on anatomy, lifestyle, and biological response. Additional treatments may be recommended for optimal results and are not included unless specified.

We are committed to your safety and satisfaction and will always prioritize your well-being over cosmetic outcomes.

9. Photography & Media

By receiving services at Bombōn, you may be asked to consent to:

  • Before & after photos

  • Educational or marketing use

You will always have the right to decline photography without affecting your care.

10. Website Use

All website content, images, logos, and text are the property of Bombōn Aesthetics & Wellness and may not be copied or used without written permission.

We are not responsible for technical errors, site outages, or booking interruptions beyond our control.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All medical information is handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations and California privacy laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

12. Limitation of Liability

Bombōn Aesthetics & Wellness, its owners, providers, and affiliates are not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions

  • Unexpected outcomes

  • Complications discussed during consent

  • Personal dissatisfaction with results

By receiving services, you assume all risks associated with elective aesthetic treatments.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
